It’s been a while, but when my son was born (he’s 8 now) we had to look at baby cribs and baby crib bedding sets. I was amazed when I went to Baby’s R Us at the large selection of baby crib sets and for that matter baby gear in general. I had no idea that there were so many different types of kids things you could buy let alone thing for the crib.
We settled on some Peter Rabbit stuff that was pretty cool. The only thing that I didn’t like about it was that there was no dad. He got caught by the farmer in the garden and POOF! no more dad. So as a new dad, the exactly the kind of gear you want for you new baby boy..lol. Anyway, we painted the room yellow to match the bedding set, put together the crib and the room was set.
Of course there were the accessories for the nursery that we needed to. A chest, a book shelf, a dresser, a lamp to match. It is amazing the options to choose from. I even bought a light switch cover that matched the whole set.
No little kids set up is complete without a little Al, a stuffed animal to keep the little guy entertained. If you haven’t had kids yet, then you are in for an experience in picking out the baby’s stuff.
