This set is no longer available from LEGO. You can pay big bucks for it through a third party. It think I saw it going for $265. It is not worth that much. It is a nice little set for kids into castles/pirates and the ship is seaworthy — it has stayed together quite well except for the sail comes off easily. I’ll say again, however, it is not worth $265. It comes with lots of skeletons, some knights and a catapult. The cannon actually fires.
